Triglycerides Too High?
Lifestyle choices, in particular, excess calories and physical inactivity, which lead to weight gain, frequently play a key role in elevated triglycerides, in addition to genetics. Triglycerides may be high due to the percent calories you have from carbohydrate, protein, fat, and alcohol. Changing the distribution of your calories often decreases triglycerides.

A recent study at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX showed that with diet alone (no medication) participants lowered their triglycerides 23% and lost 11 pounds in 6 weeks. The research participants were using this website..

If you have elevated triglycerides, a Diet for Lowering Triglycerides, a Meal Plan, and Menus at your calorie level will be available to you 24 hours a day in the Member Section of this website.
